1. General Information

• The quiz competition is open to 25 colleges only.
• Each college may send one team comprising three (3) participants.
• Participation is limited and will be accepted strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participants must be bonafide students of the college they are representing.
• The last date for registration is 25th April 2025, or until all 25 slots are filled.
• The date of the competition will be announced after registrations are completed.

2. Registration

• Online registration is mandatory through the official registration portal.
• Each college must nominate one faculty member or designated staff member as Team Coordinator.
• A non-refundable registration fee of ₹3000/- per college is required at the time of registration.
• Registration will be confirmed only after fee receipt, communicated via official email.
• No on-the-spot registrations will be entertained.

3. Team Composition and Identification

• Each team must consist of exactly 3 students from the same college.
• All participants must carry valid college ID cards on the day of the competition.
• No changes in team members will be allowed after registration, except with prior approval from the Organizing Committee under valid circumstances.

4. Competition Format

The competition will consist of the following rounds:

• Preliminary Round – All registered teams
• Semi-Final Round – Selected teams based on preliminary scores
• Final Round – Top teams from the semi-finals

Detailed round structure, quiz topics, and evaluation criteria will be shared with registered teams in advance.

5. Conduct and Fair Play

• Use of mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, or any electronic devices during the competition is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of cheating or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Decisions of the Quizmaster and Organizing Committee shall be final and binding in all matters related to the competition.

• Teams must report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the competition begins.
• Participating colleges are responsible for their teams’ travel and accommodation, if required.
• Participants must maintain discipline and decorum throughout the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to amend rules or event structure if required and will inform all registered teams accordingly.
